Is this the end of National Theatre Wales?

Yesterday, Arts Council of Wales announced its 2024/25 funding round, subsidising 81 theatre companies. But while there were some welcome wins, others were more shocking. Yet it made Nicholas Davies wonder, was the 100% cut to National Theatre Wales as surprising as it seems?
