A new online series will feature interviews with artists whose musicals were cancelled due to Covid-19 and the first performances with a live band recorded in a theatre since venues closed.
In the Wings, which has four episodes, was recorded at the Union Theatre in London from June 2 to June 6 in line with social distancing guidelines.
For the series, composer Richard Thomas is joined in conversation by creatives from four upcoming musicals that were postponed due to coronavirus: No Limits, Legends of Arahma, Gretel! and Dorian: A Rock Musical.
There will also be live performances by Dougie Carter, Aaron Lee Lambert, Steph Parry and Laura Pick.
The first episode will be broadcast on June 12 at 7.30pm, focusing on the musical No Limits, with composer Sam Thomas.
On June 19, the second episode will focus on Legends of Arahma with composer Joseph Purdue. Episode three on June 26 will be about Gretel!, with writer Liv Ward.
Episode four on July 3 will look at Dorian: A Rock Musical with musical director Henry Brennan.
Each episode will include performances of songs from the shows as well as other numbers from well-known West End musicals.
