Hamilton writer Lin-Manuel Miranda will feature in conversation with Giles Terera as part of a new series launched by Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
Terera will host the series of live-streamed chats, with each guest discussing their careers, as well as taking questions from students.
It begins on May 11 at 6pm, with Miranda. Future guests include Noma Dumezweni and Amanda Holden, who will join Terera on May 18 and 25, respectively.
Each conversation will be hosted on Mountview’s YouTube channel.
Joint chief executives Stephen Jameson and Sarah Preece said: “We’re delighted Giles has agreed to host these conversations, which will provide fascinating insight into the careers of his guests. Their inspirational stories and achievements will encourage the next generation of theatremakers and reflects Mountview’s commitment to making the performing arts accessible to everyone.”
Terera said the series would provide a “fantastic opportunity for the next generation of theatremakers to learn from established figures within the industry”.
