Jersey Boys announces UK and Ireland tour

Jersey Boys has announced a UK and Ireland tour from November 25.

The tour will open at New Wimbledon Theatre and will visit locations throughout 2022, including Oxford, Birmingham, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Hull, Newcastle and Nottingham.

Other locations include Woking, Torquay, Manchester and Dublin, where the musical will play from November 1 to 12, 2022, at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.

Further dates are to be announced.

Jersey Boys is written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe.

Casting is to be announced.

The tour will be staged by the original Broadway creative team, including director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo, with set design by Klara Zieglerova, costume by Jess Goldstein, lighting by Howell Binkley, sound by Steve Canyon Kennedy and projections design by Michael Clark.

Orchestrations are by Steve Orich and the music supervision and vocal arrangements by Ron Melrose.
