Helen Baxendale to star in The Distance at the Orange Tree

Helen Baxendale is returning to the stage after five years to star in Deborah Bruce’s new play, The Distance, at the Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond, which opens next month.

Baxendale will be joined by Emma Beattie and Clare Lawrence-Moody in the production, which is directed by Charlotte Gwinner and is the second play in artistic director Paul Miller’s inaugural season at the theatre.

It will run from October 8 to November 8, with press night on October 10.

The cast also includes Daniel Hawksford, Timothy Knightley, Bill Milner and Oliver Ryan, and the production will be designed by Signe Beckmann.
