Stephen Mangan, Pearl Mackie and Alfred Enoch are among the presenters for The Stage Debut Awards 2024, in association with ATG Entertainment.
They will be joined by Bush Theatre artistic director Lynette Linton, performer Diana Vickers and Standing at the Sky’s Edge book writer Chris Bush.
Designer Rae Smith, who won an Olivier award for her work on War Horse and creators of musicals Six and Why Am I So Single? Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss complete the line-up of presenters.
The Stage Debut Awards, which celebrate breakthrough talent, will be presented on September 29 at 8 Northumberland Avenue in London, hosted by drag artist Divina De Campo.
Forty-nine performers, directors, designers, writers, composers and lyricists who have made standout professional debuts over the past year will be recognised across eight categories, with the winners announced by the presenters at the ceremony.
The evening will also feature performances from Georgina Castle, who is currently playing Regina George in Mean Girls at the Savoy Theatre, and Timmika Ramsay, who is starring as Miss Adelaide in Bridge Theatre’s revival of Guys and Dolls. Both will sing songs from their respective shows, with actor and comedian Nick Mohammed also set to perform in the guise of his acclaimed alter-ego Mr Swallow. In addition, Host De Campo will take to the stage for a number.
