David Baddiel is to premiere his new show, My Family: Not the Sitcom, at the Menier Chocolate Factory later this year.
It marks a return to the Southwark venue for Baddiel, who performed a previous show – Fame: Not the Musical – there in 2014.
My Family: Not the Sitcom is described as a “massively disrespectful celebration” of Baddiel’s parents, and will run at the Menier from May 10 to June 25.
Press night will be on May 17.
Baddiel’s other theatre work includes the musical adaptation of his film The Infidel, which ran at Theatre Royal Stratford East in 2014.
My Family: Not the Sitcom is produced by the Menier Chocolate Factory.
