Rachel Tucker and Cedric Neal are to star in Jason Robert Brown’s Songs for a New World at the London Palladium, marking the return of musical theatre to the West End following theatre closures in March.
Also starring Rachel John and David Hunter, the show will have two performances on October 11.
Lambert Jackson Productions previously staged a virtual performance of Songs for a New World during lockdown in association with the Other Palace.
Lambert Productions chief executive Jamie Lambert and creative producer Eliza Jackson said: "It’s a total joy to announce a return to live performance with the first musical to return to the West End - Jason Robert Brown’s Songs for a New World for just two performances.
"To be able to share in the power of collective experience with these incredible performers and an audience together again for the first time in over six months reminds us why our industry is so vital."
The performances will be hosted with social distancing measures in place, with ticket holders to be sent full information on safety measures ahead of the event.
