Nancy Medina: Theatre leaders must break down barriers to find classics of the future

In a keynote speech opening The Stage’s Future of Theatre conference, in association with Moore Kingston Smith, on April 25, the artistic director of Bristol Old Vic asked producers, venues and investors to "create the infrastructure for new ideas to flourish"
