Jodie Comer will revisit her role in Suzie Miller’s legal drama Prima Facie for a UK and Ireland tour.
The Killing Eve actor is to return to the production "for one last time" after its original 2022 run, with the play opening at Richmond Theatre on January 23, 2026.
The tour will continue to venues including Dublin’s Gaiety Theatre, the Royal Lyceum in Edinburgh, the New Theatre, Cardiff and the Grand Opera House in York.
It will also visit Theatre Royal Bath, Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury and Birmingham Rep, before concluding its run at Liverpool Playhouse from March 17 to 21.
The production will continue Prima Facie’s established partnerships with charities including the Schools Consent Project.
Prima Facie is a one-woman play about a young barrister forced to confront the intersection between patriarchy and the criminal justice system.
It won Comer an Olivier award for her performance, and playwright Miller a prize for best new play.
Comer said: "It is a huge privilege to return to Prima Facie for one last time and take this important play on tour across the UK and Ireland. The resonance of Suzie Miller’s writing, both in London and New York, exceeded anything we could have imagined.
"I’m so thrilled to have the opportunity to get the team back together and take the production to theatres around the country, including my hometown of Liverpool. On a personal note, I can’t think of a better finale to what has been such an incredible and deeply rewarding chapter in my life."
Miller added: "I couldn’t be more thrilled about the Prima Facie 2026 tour; this play has already achieved more than we all could have dreamed and Jodie’s commitment to the story reaching so many new venues and communities means more people can be part of the conversation, and the solution."
Directed by Justin Martin, the Prima Facie team includes composer Rebecca Lucy Taylor, also known as pop star Self Esteem, set and costume designer Miriam Buether, lighting designer Natasha Chivers, sound designers Max and Ben Ringham, video by Willie Williams for Treatment Studio and voice coach Kate Godfrey.
It is produced by James Bierman for Empire Street Productions.
