New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich has been forced to cancel the remainder of its pantomime due to positive Covid cases among the cast.
Jack and the Beanstalk, written by Peter Rowe and directed by Kate Golledge, was originally set to run until January 8.
However, the theatre announced on January 3 that all remaining performances had been cancelled.
A statement from the New Wolsey said: "While we’re as disappointed as you are, the well-being of our staff, cast and audiences is our top priority.
"We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience the cancellation has caused and we will be in touch with all ticket holders (both auditorium and live stream) over the next few days with the options available, including an On-Demand version of the pantomime."
The theatre added that it was "incredibly proud to have got this far in such unprecedented times".
