Amsterdam theatre parts company with Ivo van Hove and board after damning report

The Internationaal Theater Amsterdam has ended its association with former artistic director Ivo van Hove by mutual consent and announced the resignation of its supervisory board, after a report found former employees had experienced a "culture of fear" within the organisation.
