Since 2021, Chloe Naldrett has been Executive Producer at Birmingham Repertory Theatre. She has an extensive background in theatre, having been the Executive Producer at Bristol Old Vic, Assistant to the Director at Oxford Playhouse, Associate Producer/General Manager at Mark Rubinstein Ltd, Associate Producer for National Theatre Productions on War Horse at the New London Theatre and then General Manager for One Man, Two Guvnors. In 2019, Chloe stepped into activism with Extinction Rebellion and Culture Declares Emergency. She is now a spokesperson for Just Stop Oil, and has spoken widely on the climate crisis and theatre's responsibility in tackling it.
