The Concert Artistes’ Association has a series of self-contained period-office suites to let, only a few minutes’ walk from Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Charing Cross Stations, in the heart of ’Theatreland’. All newly refurbished and the building has been wired for access to fibre optic broadband.‚

The CAA offers an additional hall that can be rented as a rehearsal space or for meetings/events/ dinners subject to availability at competitive rates. Our in-house caterer would be happy to quote for any catering requirements.
The office suites vary in size between 663 sq. Ft to 697sq.ft‚ - 61.6 m2 to 64.7m2.

We offer flexible terms. The suites can be rented either together or as individual units.
